1. Service Agreement

By engaging with QBServices, you agree that all services provided — including business setup, bookkeeping, and accounting solutions — will follow the local laws and international compliance standards.

2. User Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information for any business consultation, documentation, and financial processing.

• Ensure all documents provided are valid and up-to-date.
• Maintain confidentiality of any business data shared with QBServices.
• Inform us of any discrepancies immediately for rectification.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in full as per the invoice generated. Delays may result in service suspension or additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email. Any fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable for services already rendered.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be applicable for advance payments if services have not yet been initiated. Refund requests must be sent to Admin@qbook-services.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including reports, templates, and digital assets, remain the intellectual property of QBServices unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

QBServices will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
