Service Return Policy

As our services involve intellectual consultation, documentation, government filing, and personalized financial strategies, once services are engaged and documentation has been processed, they are non-returnable.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases:

• When duplicate payments are made due to technical errors.
• When services have not been initiated after payment confirmation.
• If QBServices fails to deliver the promised service within the agreed timeline due to internal issues.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation Terms

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided that our service process has not yet commenced. After this period or once service work has begun, cancellation requests will not be entertained.

Software Licensing & Digital Products

Software licenses, activation keys, and digital tools purchased through QBServices are considered final sales. No refunds or returns will be accepted once the license has been issued or activated.

Amendments & Disputes

QBServices reserves the right to amend this policy at its discretion to stay aligned with compliance regulations. In case of any disputes, please write to us for amicable resolution.
